Options for Adjusting Non-Residential Stormwater Fee Calculation Recommend a Motion to: Direct staff to prepare an ordinance reflecting Option four.
Resolution Initiating Eminent Domain Proceedings for Improvement of the Police Firearms Range Recommend a Motion to: Adopt a resolution declaring it necessary to acquire certain lands or interests therein by appropriate proceedings in eminent domain and direct the City Engineer to make a survey of such lands or interests, prepare legal descriptions, and file the same with the City Clerk.
New Business Hours for City Hall, Welcome Center, & Senior Center Recommend a Motion to: Adopt new business hours for City Hall and the Welcome Center to operate 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday and for the Senior Center to operate 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, and amend the Personnel Policy Manual as recommended, all effective February 4, 2013.
