Public Hearing & Ordinance Levying Special Assessments Recommend a Motion to: Adopt an ordinance levying special assessments on certain property to pay the costs of internal improvements as authorized by the resolutions noted in the ordinance and providing for collection of such special assessments.
2015 Board, Commission and WAMPO Appointments Recommend a Motion to: Approve the Mayor’s reappointments and appointments to Derby Boards and Commissions and designate Jack Hezlep as the Voting Representative to WAMPO.
Summary of Community Forum "Listening to Derby" Recommend a Motion to: Receive and file the report. Direct staff to take such action as the Council deems appropriate.
Addition of 3 Part-Time Firefighter Positions and an Assistant to the City Manager Recommend a Motion to: Adopt the updated pay matrix as presented and increase the City's position count to reflect the added positions.
