Bond Series 2017-B - Special Assessments Recommend a Motion to: Approve the Statement of Final Costs, the Assessment Roll, and engagement of Piper Jaffray & Co. as financial advisor; establish the date of the Public Hearing to be August 22, 2017; and approve and authorize publication and distribution of the Notice of Public Hearing.
B. Railroad Agreement for Market St. Sidewalk Recommend a Motion to: Authorize execution of an agreement with BNSF for construction of a sidewalk along Market St., including payment to BNSF not to exceed $20,218.
