Zone Change Request from R-1 "Single-Family Residential District" to RPUD "Residential Planned Unit Development" Recommended Motion: Adopt an ordinance changing the zoning of the subject property from R-1 "Single-Family Residential District" to RPUD "Residential Planned Unit Development" based on the Planning Commission's findings of fact.
