5.1 Zone Change Request R-1 "Single-Family Residential" District to R-2 "Two-Family Residential" District Recommended Motion: Approve the request to change the zoning classification of 1333 E. Meadowlark Blvd. from R-1 "Single-Family Residential District" to R-2 "Multi-Family Residential District" based on the findings of fact, subject to staff and Planning Commission comment and discussion, and forward a recommendation of approval to the City Council.
5.2 Vacation: Utility Easement between Lots 4 & 5, Block H, The Oaks Addition Recommended Motion: Adopt a resolution recommending vacation of a 10 ft. utility easement between Lots 4 and 5, Block H, The Oaks Addition, and forward a resolution to the City Council for consideration at its regular meeting on September 10, 2019.
